About Our Equipment…
At The Pilates Sculpt Studio, we create a standout Pilates experience designed to challenge strength, stability, control, and mobility. Our studio features STOTT-inspired equipment, including Reformers equipped with Towers and Mat Converters, allowing us to explore the full benefits of both traditional and contemporary Pilates movement.
We’re also huge fans of the Pilates Barrels, incorporating them throughout our programming to encourage spinal mobility, flexibility, and strength. Inspired by the foundational principles of Joseph Pilates, our approach celebrates one of the most important elements of the Pilates method: moving the spine with intention, control, and confidence.”
The Cadillac is a unique piece of equipment used for pilates that allows clients to strengthen and tone almost every muscle group in their bodies. It involves working various muscle groups with challenging poses with different levels of spring resistance. The main difference between the basic reformer and the Cadillac Reformer is the addition of horizontal and vertical bars above the table. These bars transform Pilates into a three-dimensional exercise routine.
Our Split Pedal Stability Chair with bolted handles on the side is a multifunctional Pilates machine that can be adjusted to train most all muscle groups. This sturdy piece of equipment helps the exerciser achieve upper- and lower-body strength and conditioning, enhance stability and improve body control.
